The power of gratitude.
The practice of daily gratitude is one that has changed my life.
I have been a victim to my own negative thinking patterns & was addicted to this cycle of negativity. Practicing gratitude not only helped me break this cycle of negative thinking, but has also trained me to truly see the good in every situation. I am able to live a happier and more peaceful life because of my intentional thought patterns.
It is like anything else new & worthwhile you try… there is initial resistance, but with practice the task becomes easier, & the reward is great.
A list of gratitude prompts to cultivate joy in your life…
Use these prompts to guide your journaling, meditation, gratitude lists, conversations… or just sit alone with the prompt for a few minutes to direct your thinking toward something intentional – something positive.
If the prompt is too vague… make it more specific. If it is too simple… dissect it down to the very last detail. Make these prompts fit your needs and your experiences.
