For the girl who wants to be better.

Here are a few affirmations for the girl who wants to be better – a better friend, roommate, daughter, sister, teammate… this is for the girl who wants to be intentional with how she treats people and herself throughout each day.

You may run through the whole list, pick and choose, or just stick with one that resonates with you…

The important thing is – be consistent. Write down or say your affirmations daily (bonus points for multiple times a day!) to rewire your brain to think positively and ditch the negative junk we so often feed on.

& here are a few tips & tricks and reminders about practicing affirmations…

  • be consistent!
    • practice your affirmations daily to start rewiring your brain to think more positively.
  • customize your affirmations to best suit you – be specific.
  • mix it up!
    • write them down, say them out loud, rotate what you say, etc.
  • be patient! good things take time!
