what a delight!

a little praise from my soul for Psalm 119

What a delight!

what a delight it is to know the Word of God!

what a delight it is to know I am loved!

what a delight it is to have the commands of the Lord written out for me in a book!

what a delight it is to have the Lord’s instruction!

The Lord has saved me & He has healed me. He has rescued me & He has changed me.

Thank you, Jesus, for this salvation.

what a delight it is to have been saved, set free, & delivered!

what a delight it is to be made new!

what a delight it is to know freedom!

what a delight it is to rest in peace!

what a delight it is to be taken care of!

what a delight it is to let go of worry & control!

I find satisfaction & gratitude in acknowledging the presence of the Lord & His word in my life daily. I find pleasure in knowing His presence is real & near all the time.

All the time...

what a delight it is to feel conviction – because the Lord is working in me!

what a delight it is to experience shame – because I know the statutes of the Lord!

what a delight it is to feel alienated – because this place is not my home!

what a delight it is to be talked about – because I am different from those around me!

what a delight it is to know the discomfort of obedience – because the Lord has spoken to me!

what a delight it is to cry tears – because the Lord has allowed me to feel!

what a delight it is to feel timid – because the Lord has given me instruction!

what a delight it is to experience frustration for those who don’t know you – because I know you!

what a delight it is to recognize wickedness – because to know wickedness I must also know its absence!

what a delight it is to know affliction – because I also know healing!

what a delight it is to know imperfection – because here your power is glorified!

what a delight it is to grow weary in prayer – because I so deeply desire your presence!

what a delight it is to cry out for others’ salvation – because I know the grace you offer!

what a delight it is to feel unworthy – because I have been chosen & saved anyway!

what a delight it is to struggle to feel loved – because the love You offer is so great it cannot be fathomed!

What a delight it is to have been in bondage – because you set me free!

You set me free – time and time again – day after day… Your mercy and grace flow freely.

I have not experienced salvation in the past tense, but rather in the present. I am saved & made new each and every day. Oh, what a delight!

what a delight it is to have been blind – because you have given me sight!

what a delight it is to have been lost – because you have given me direction!

what a delight it is to know confusion – because you have given me clarity!

You have given me purpose!

What a delight it is to have known death – because I now know life!

What a delight it is to experience a living, present, & active salvation!

What a delight it is to know this kind of grace!

what a delight it is that your love doesn’t stop at forgiveness & mercy!

what a delight it is to know blessings & experience miracles!

what a delight! what a delight! what a delight!

what a delight it is to get to live a life so full!

to have a heart so overflowing! to have people so close! to have a purpose so clear! to have a passion so strong!

what a delight it is to experience a grace so indescribable! to be forgiven so freely! to be called by name! to be chosen so consistently! so intentionally!

What a delight it is to know a love so deep!

I thank you, Lord, for this new life I get to experience! & for this worship I get to share!

What a delight it is to take delight in the Lord! & what a delight it is to also be delighted in!

what a delight.
